Fresh from our farm in Kilkee. Our beef has been sourced from local farmers in north and west County Clare and finished on our farm on the cliffs of Kilkee where the animals are free to roam the salt and clover covered pastures. This type of finish ensures the highest quality flavours in the beef. All our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days ensuring a tender tasty cut.
T-Bone is one of the most premium cuts of beef cut from the short loin. Rub oil of both sides, season well and add to a sizzling hot pan for the best results.
