Your order is received to the computer in the office.
We do not print it for sustainability reasons.
2 – MEAT PREPARATION
Your meat is freshly prepared in the butchery.
3 – Chilltek Insulated Packaging
We use Chilltek Insulated boxes with integrated triple layer foil and bubble liner provide maximum insulation ensuring the product stays chilled under 4 degrees for up to 48 hours. Your meat is surrounded by Sorba Freeze gel packs in the sealed Chilltek insulated box.
How to dispose of the Chilltek box and the Sorba Freeze Gel Packs;
- When disposal is required for the Chilltek Box, place the foil insert into land fill and recycle the cardboard box.
- The hydrated sheets can be reused or to dispose of dry them out and they will return to their original dimensions minimising their volume for landfill disposal.
4 – KEEPING IT COOL
The meat is placed in the recyclable boxes with ice pack(s) to keep the temperature between 0 and 4 degrees.
5 – PACKING UP THE MEAT
The box is sealed and refrigerated until dispatch. We keep the meat in our coldrooms until 4pm when we bring it to the Post Office for overnight delivery.
6 – COURIER TRANSFER
The box is transferred to Ennistymon Post Office for overnight delivery. You will receive you order within 24 hours.
7 – DISPATCH CONFIRMATION
You receive an email from us to say the parcel has been dispatched.
