Fresh from our farm in Kilkee. Our beef has been sourced from local farmers in north and west County Clare and finished on our farm on the cliffs of Kilkee where the animals are free to roam the salt and clover covered pastures. This type of finish ensures the highest quality flavours in the beef. All our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days ensuring a tender tasty cut.
Striploin steaks are a tasty, tender cut of steak. Rub both sides with oil and season. Place into a hot frying pan, cook until both sides are brown and meat is sealed.
