Fresh from our farm in Kilkee. Our beef has been sourced from local farmers in north and west County Clare and finished on our farm on the cliffs of Kilkee where the animals are free to roam the salt and clover covered pastures. This type of finish ensures the highest quality flavours in the beef. All our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days ensuring a tender tasty cut.
Our homemade smokey bacon cheese burgers are made with the freshest ingredients. Irish smoked back bacon, cheddar cheese and our special burger seasoning ensures a juicy tasty burger fit for any grill or bbq. They are also a coeliac friendly, gluten free option.
