Fresh from our farm in Kilkee. Our beef has been sourced from local farmers in north and west County Clare and finished on our farm on the cliffs of Kilkee where the animals are free to roam the salt and clover covered pastures. This type of finish ensures the highest quality flavours in the beef. All our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days ensuring a tender tasty cut.
Round steak even though can be tough is quite versatile. A slow roast recipe would be perfect for this, or tenderise and add to stir fry.
