100% turkey breast gluten free fillet burgers coated in crunchy quinoa and herb crust.
To oven cook from frozen, preheat oven to 190ºC/375ºF/gas 5 (fan assisted ovens reduce temperature to 180ºC) and bake product for 30-35 minutes. If defrosting, defrost thoroughly in fridge, and subtract 10 minutes from cooking time. Deep fry at 180°C for 9 minutes if frozen or 6 minutes if fully thawed. This product is sold raw, ensure piping hot throughout with core temperature of 75°C before serving.
