Description

This tender cut of beef is located on the side of the cow between the short loin and the chuck. A standing rib roast is the beef version of rack of lamb. Please see rib roast of beef on the bone. This cut of meat is very tasty and tender due to the marbeling effect of fat throughout the roast. A well sought after cut of beef for a special occasion. All of our beef is locally sourced by Sean and finished in our abattoir in Kilkee, Co.Clare.
